"Above all else, children need to know and feel they are loved, wanted, and appreciated. They need to be assured of that often. Obviously, this is a role parents should fill, and most often the mother can do it best." ~Ezra Taft Benson

Any suggestions??

I just realized in my last post that I didn't THANK my domesticated brother in law Jeremy for baking my delicious CARROT CAKE... MY FAVORITE!! mmmm mmmm good... I also didn't THANK my creative and artsy sister in law Staci Lou for decorating it!! A HUGE THANK YOU for making my birthday a great one...!!

Now for all you mothers out there that have breastfed... I HURT!! I don't know if Kayden isn't eating enough now and I am producing more milk or what is going on... I know the hot shower kinda works but is there anything else?? I have only pumped once and got a whole whopping OUNCE!! Did that yesterday and they still seemed to ache... Any and all suggestions will be accepted. :)

If you are engored, pump or just let Kirk squeeze them for you ;)
eric just said, "how come you never let me help you?" Do you have any cream to put on them? Keep them lubed. Breast feeding is tough and you just have to stick with it- I never imagined that I needed so much support and constant reassuring to keep up with it. Formula is sooo expensive and your baby will benefit so much more with your milk. If you want any parenting magazines I have a whole freaking ton of them- I am about to throw them all away. But it gives good advice. Also parenting.com is good on advice. Good luck!
