"Above all else, children need to know and feel they are loved, wanted, and appreciated. They need to be assured of that often. Obviously, this is a role parents should fill, and most often the mother can do it best." ~Ezra Taft Benson

Sickly days at the Hadley's

Is it really almost February? OMGoodness!! Where has the month gone? Most of ours to sitting on the couch being couch potatoes! We all had the crud (coughing, sneezing, runny nose with big green snot boogers *YUMMY* lol) to the everlasting diarrhea and vomiting! It has been a nasty last couple weeks at the Hadley house! I H-A-T-E this time of year! But, somehow the kiddos seem to stay in good spirits as does Kirk and me.... Well I try!

Just wanted to say hello, hey or hi to all of you who look at our blog! I hope you are having a fabulous year thus far! We are enjoying ours (in between being sick).

Had to also share some cute pics of the kiddos. Love the one of Kayden's "cheek" :) It is his favorite way to wear his underwear so he can see the picture of whatever is on them that day. Enjoy!

MMMMM Nothin like some finger and a movie :)

Love Kaydens face in this one LOL

Kayden, to the rescue!! LOL

LOVE IT!!

The sickly Kirk and he had an interview today! Poor guy!

Sweet Ronee

Best friends already! Nothing like a kid and his dog!

Gavyn in fine form! Throwing one of the many fits he likes to throw each day! Just like his daddy! ;)

Just me....

IN LOVE!!

We are all in love with our sweet baby Zepplyn. She has done amazing on potty training and seems to be settling in well with our family. She slept through the whole night last night! YAY!

Our new addition

After long consideration and much research, Kirk and I purchased the breed of dog we have wanted for the last 4 years :) I am in LOVE!! Meet Hadley's Rockin' Lady Zepplyn

She was at the vet on 01-04-12 and she weighed a whopping 22.7 lbs! She is the size of a 4 month old lab @ 10 weeks old. HOLY HOOGE!! We are super excited to have her and the kids love that she will chase them around and play with them.

My boys

I don't know what I would do without these two little blessing that Kirk and I have. They are our everything and yes we get frustrated as parents sometimes, but all one of them has to do is throw a sweet smile and my heart is finished.

Just had to post some pics of my sweet baby boys.

Little chubba without his binki :)

If it isn't my binki... it's my fingers :)

Listening to my music...

Love these boys!!

Christmas 2011

Been a little while since we updated. As most of you know, we are all moved into the new house... WEE-HOO!! We were able to celebrate our first Christmas here. We love love love it. It only took 54 days from start to finish. Cannot wait until this Spring when we can start putting in the yard (dirt SUCKS!).

The kiddos are settling in great! We have lived here for 4 weeks now (WOW it has went by quick). Within the first 2 days of living here, we got a scratch and a chip in the wood floors. Guess that is part of having our sweet little blessings. At least they can be fixed :)

Kirk is loving his job still. He is currently in a little pain with the 14 stitches he had to get due to a dog we picked up running along side the road that bit him. He decided to pick up the dog food that it spilled on the floor and the dog didn't take to kindly to Kirk's attempt. Guess he thought Kirk's finger was an appetizer!

I am doing great also. Starting school again on the 17th :-) Super excited! Can't wait to learn more in my ASL class (Sign Language). Really enjoying teaching the kids. Hope everyone is also doing well. Enjoy some pics :)
